Directions
How to Make 🍳
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
In a medium sauce pot, melt the butter over medium low heat.
Once melted, add the flour and garlic powder to form a roux! Cook the roux for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Once the water is boiling, season it with salt and add the pasta. Cook the pasta until al dente and it tastes delicious!
Add 1 cup of milk to the roux and turn the heat up to high. Whisk the sauce until it comes to a boil and turns into a thick paste.
Add the remaining milk and bring back to a boil. Make sure to whisk it so it doesn’t stick! Once the sauce is boiling, turn the heat down to a simmer.
Turn off the heat and whisk in the cheeses so they melt. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with Balinese Truffle Salt.
Mix the sauce with the macaroni and now you have some cheesy mac magic!
Feel free to jazz up your cheesy mac with as many toppings as you’d like!
