Preparation 🥒
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth and no lumps remain.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with a little butter or non-stick spray if needed.
How to Cook 🍳
Use a ladle to pour a small amount of batter into the center of the hot skillet.
Quickly swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin, round layer.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
Flip the crepe with a spatula and cook the other side for another minute.
Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Stack your crepes as you go.
