Ingredients
For the Shrimp:

2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails off

1 tbsp ButcherBox Captain’s seafood seasoning

1 teaspoon truffle salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup breadcrumbs
For the Secret In-N-Out Style Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise
-
½ cup ketchup
-
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
-
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
-
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
-
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning

Pinch of salt
For the Sandwich:

4 hotdog buns
-
2 cups chopped lettuce
-
½ cup finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon olive oil
-
1 teaspoon vinegar
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Directions
Prep 🥒
Pat dry ½ lb shrimp, place in a large Ziploc bag with 1 Tbsp seafood seasoning, ½ tsp truffle salt, ¼ tsp pepper, and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Shake well.
Add ½ cup breadcrumbs to the bag. Shake until shrimp are evenly coated.
In a medium bowl, whisk ¼ cup mayo, 1 Tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp mustard, 1 Tbsp relish, 1 tsp vinegar, ½ tsp seafood seasoning, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
In a small bowl, toss 1 cup chopped lettuce and ¼ cup sliced onion with 1 tsp olive oil, ½ tsp vinegar, and a pinch of salt & pepper.
How to Cook 🍳
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread coated shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Place a layer of dressed lettuce and onion inside each bun.
Add oven-baked shrimp on top.
Drizzle generously with the secret sauce.
