Chef Jason

What is up! My name is Jason and I love food. As a kid, I had a dream of being a chef businessman. I used to carry around a briefcase with monopoly money and play with an easy bake oven. I pursued that passion by making my way to The French Laundry and than started a little company called Truffle Shuffle. In class I love seeing people having that wow moment when they cook a new dish for the first time.
